I got a BLR trigger worked ( factory trigger was difficult to use accurately ) by a well known gunsmith a number of years ago.
It was considerably worse when I got it back and cost a bit.
He didn't want to know about it even though the hammer would drop when the action was worked fast.
Took it to Robbie at Gunworks ( not the gunsmith who did the trigger job ) and he put all new factory parts back into it and I sold it knowing that it was at least safe to use again.
So be careful what you do to improve the factory trigger.
