Ta. yes the No 5 is an interesting beast. Now I've had shoulder bruising quite a number of times before but nothing like after the first range session with the No 5. Looks like I was the first to shoot it, which was nice, and it groups 1.5". Not too shabby without load tuning and had this thought of taking it out hunting one day, but I really doubt if my hand will get past the Sako85.
I shot my first deer in 1987 with a Jungle Carbine, open sight and using CAC ammo that was about 20 years old.
