    Hi-Tec / Ken Henderson Stocks

Is anyone using one of Ken Henderson’s Carbon Tikka stocks ?
Im just trying to do some homework on them and information and reviews are a little hard to come by online .
On paper it seems to tick all the boxes , but just wondering what others think .

I have had a few of them on various rifles and still own two, one on my 27 nosler and the other on my Sako 85. They are light and finished very well, the one on my Sako 85 weighs bang on 500grms. There was a batch that a few guys got their knickers in a twist over as they had small pock marks in the finish but that seems to be sorted again now.
    Both rifles are extremely accurate.

Inletting and bedding done by Ken on my 85 stock, very nicely done. The other one I have has an aluminium bedding block.

The V Block bedding and the higher comb height are what has caught my attention .
If they genuinely dont have to be professionally bedded , then that takes a cost and hassle out of the equation , and having to add comb raisers etc to get a correct cheek position has aleays bugged me on alot of my rifles even when using low rings .

Yip I had one very well finished the only thing I didn't like but he has now changed was the barrel channel is not tapered.
but now I think he gives you the option to to contour of the barrel.

This is my 27 Nosler at 100yds... big magnum cartridge. Its on a aluminium bedding block, which obviously works well, shoots ok..

They are bloody nice all round.

I have one of the last made the older way (he has a new improved production method now)

I'm super happy with my stock. And his new ones are even better finished.

Mine on my 28 Nosler (on a custom rem 700 type action) has the alloy bedding block and it sure seems to be a good stable platform that shoots very well too.

I was looking at a t3 one today. I wouldnt hesitate buying one.

Fucking epic looking rifle man(even if it is the wrong 7mm). The cerakote sets it off. What colour is it?

Similar price to a McMillan , but in 8 days instead of 8 months and so much better finished.
