    Remove it by tapping out the 1mm roll pin on the side of the bolt. Be carefull not to loose the plunger as it is under pressure from the spring.

    Clean the plunger, spring and hole. Assemble and test.

    I suspect there are some copper shavings and dust in there somewhere.
