Howa mini excl lite stock rattle - quick fix?

After getting tired of listening to the Mrs's Howa's rattling AR style collapsible aftermarket stock I finally decided to do something about it.
Found some stick -on Velcro in a drawer and cut and stuck 3 strips front and back on the tube after removing stock of the fluffy part of the Velcro , not the hooky part .
No more rattle as no more plastic touching tube.
    And still adjusts .

    Peace and quiet...lovely ....

Fit an o ring in between the tubes

On some adjustable stocks, I used to stick a strip of black insulation tape length-way one side of the milspec tube.

I found the Magpul CTR stock works well on it when you lock it drops the rattle down to almost nothing or at least did for me.
