    No, well they never used too. I cant open up the Customs link so cant check (Dial up speed -yipee). Parts are basically the bits that are needed to make a firearm go bang eg barrel,, trigger group, receiver, bolt etc. Add on equipment like mounts, scopes and stocks are/or were classed as accessories (in regards to "A" Cat rifles).

    Its a shame when the Govt restricts the law abiding more and more. But I guess its easier than tackling the crims and restricting the unlawful.
