About LinkBacksLooking for something new for my lightweight 6.5x47L to increase its versatility from a point & shoot rifle to something able to effectively place shots on Chamois etc out to 450-500m. It currently wears a Swarovski Z3 3-9x36, but the new 2.5-10x42 Nightforce has caught my eye... What else is out there?
Criteria are:
1. Must be Mil adjustment, with a matching reticle
2. 2.5-10 or similar power range (even a FFP 1-8 or similar would be an option)
3. Reliable, proven dialing. I don't want to have to rely on a holdover reticle.
4. Zero stop is nice
5. The Nightforce, at 20oz is about as heavy as I want to go.
6. Not a 34mm tube...
