S&B precision hunter has 30mm with mil mil. Doesn't have parallax, that's all.

Not listed on S&B site but they have to be ordered special. The NZ agent could probably get you one, might take 6 months. A couple of years back GC Christchurch had one on display - might be worth a call to see if its still there because It was quite overpriced.

Surely the shooter app will convert between metric, MOA yards, meters whatever you choose as inputs and outputs?

Sticking to MIL only seams to really limit your choices and just costs more $ to do the same task just for the sake of ''been 21st Century''.

Because it's such an easy system to work out corrections needed since a click is the range divided by 100... I.e. at 645m, one click is 6.45cm, 893m one click is 8.93cm etc... I'm lost if I need to make a correction in moa... That & the new Geovids (if they ever turn up) calculate elevation adjustment in clicks (easy for mil, not so for moa adjustments as you have to divide the clicks by 4) or full moa (so no 1/4, 1/2 or 3/4 moa). All my LR rifles have mil scopes so I am committed to the system.

+1 to what claw said. I used moa for years and after learning the mil system i havnt looked back. Only took an hour to get the basic jist of it but i will never fuck around with moa again. Good riddence to it.

Each to their own, but buggered if I can see how moa is anything like how simple mil is... And I'm not going to put any time trying to figure out how simple moa supposedly is... :what:

I have a nf moa on the trg and a diavari mil mil on my 6.5 and I can go between the two no trouble as I am of the vintage of a peice of framing timber been called a 100 x2 or a 4x50.after fifty one years I now measure my fences by the metres and not chains and my last tape with inches and cm has now rusted itself to death.
