    Lithgow 102 cross over?

Interested in peoples experience with lithgow 102 cross over rifles. After something that's accurate, shoots and is a bit different as well as tough.

Was thinking a 243 for longer range goats and fallow,
I realise they are heavy but this all
more of a farm hunts from truck rather than back packing.

Gidday. I had a 308. Easily the most accurate and least fussy factory rifle I ever owned (and there have been quite a lot). Trigger is superb, but a little different in feel from many. Was a stupid move to sell it but I felt it was too light for serious target and gong shooting. I should have kept it and ballasted it. Id have another in a heartbeat. For now the Lithgow LA101 22 (also the most accurate 22 of nany I have owned) will have to suffice. Best of luck with it.
