    Mountain Ascent in 7mm rm

    Pretty pleased with the new 7mm, first round of load development with the new hornady eld 162's.
    73grs 2225.





    There was nothing wrong with the performance of my old mountain ascent in 270win, but bigger is always better when it's a shooter.

    14 rounds in after 1 shot then clean and repeat.

    Into 3 shot strings now and should only get better.

    I have done a few load developments on the Mountain Ascents now and they have all shot well, nice rifles.

    Yeah , seems pretty impressive so far. Nice simple zero stop and only took a couple of rounds to zero. Looking forward to getting some protein with it.
