I would've already ordered one if they made a .223 version.

Maybe a 300WM rather than getting another barrel for my R8.

Wonder how long before the order in council to ban the Savage Impulse? Have you seen the evil high capacity magazines they have.

The 300WN is near enough to a 223.

Last time I was looking for a 223, with the bolt handle on the wrong side for TR, I ended up getting her a 7mm RM. Still need to find that 223.

The main reason for big tubes is to allow more elevation adjustment range but that won't apply to something with a 20mm obj...

    Same for a hunting scope.
5 mRad (20moa) is plenty for even long shots.
For target shooting with heavy undervelocity bullets, the more usable elevation the better.

Maybe imperial tubes are last century for some reason but 1” makes a nice light compact scope.
The ocular bell needs to be small too to enable low mounting.

Looks to have a long bolt throw compared to a R8 though, I like savage rifles but that wouldn't make me sell the Blaser.
