My Son and I looked at spotting scopes for some time before we settled on a Nikon FName: 598AEA3D-6126-4EBF-910D-465DA125BEC7.jpeg

It ended up in Canada Guiding for Five years and often to the dismay of clients with very high end spotting scopes, the Nikon was on par with theirs. Compared in all conditions. Not bad for an ebay sourced used scope.
After seeing the boys 60 mm, I was so impressed I got a 80 mm. Bigger and heavier but when a horse carries it , thats ok.
No regrets at all, fantastic glass as Nikon has been using the same glass in it’s camera’s fore ever.
If the prostaff is the next generation it should be fantastic, however I would google bird watching and scope reviews as many of these sites have very good reviews on spotting scopes.
