while I don't think you can ever get a real idea of glass quality from inside a building you are definitely right in that edge to edge clarity is not amazing.

Interestingly one of my March scopes is noticeably better than the other one but I haven't done anything about it yet.

That display at the sika show was embarrassingly basic wasn't it!! Hardly in line with scopes in the $3.5-$4.5k region.

When you talk about the mil dot reticle I presume your concern is the clarity when using it for holdover? I always dial so not such an issue and to be fair the March turrets are some of the best I have ever used.

The two scopes of the sika show were displayed outside. I was looking at a tree a 100 m away at least if my memory serve me well.
