Those old steel tube leupolds are beautiful but hard to find rings for if I'm not mistaken they're 7/8"?

This m8 4x came on my BLR and I’m never going to use it. The tube is 25 mm from memory if this is what you’re after let me know

Oh the 7/8" Loupold is mint and NFS
I have accumulated several sets of new old stock 7/8" scope mounts and bases

But have as yet not found a project that is the right type and size for it.
It will have to be something special

I was just getting into hunting scopes about that period of my life. First was a bushnel 2 1/2 power and next rifle wore a leupold mx8 fixed 4 power. Both took a beating but never let me down. Both gloss finish.
