    Those old steel tube leupolds are beautiful but hard to find rings for if I'm not mistaken they're 7/8"?

    This m8 4x came on my BLR and I’m never going to use it. The tube is 25 mm from memory if this is what you’re after let me knowName:  IMG_6257.jpeg

    Oh the 7/8" Loupold is mint and NFS
    I have accumulated several sets of new old stock 7/8" scope mounts and bases

    But have as yet not found a project that is the right type and size for it.

    I was just getting into hunting scopes about that period of my life. First was a bushnel 2 1/2 power and next rifle wore a leupold mx8 fixed 4 power. Both took a beating but never let me down. Both gloss finish.
