Optics seem fairly good on this scope. It's 6x fixed focus, but might go well on an SMLE sporter.
Probably 70's or 80s, but not entirely sure.

Maybe around 30 years. Good scopes. I still have one in perfect condition, the five star model.
Some good info on early Redfield scopes here

Might be closer to fourty as I used one as a teenager.
75/15/10 black powder matters
Closer to forty. I picked my 2-7x late 80s and it was 4-5 years old then.

Tracker was introduced in 1982. They're ok.
Interestingly Redfield was the originator of the Duplex reticle.
The biggest shitter of a scope ever made was a Redfield Widefield. They had an oval ocular lens that gave the appearance of a wider field of all. The lens being oval was impossible to seal. Mate and I bought one each thinking they would be the bees knees. Both leaked within months. Ive never met one that didn't leak.
Restraint is the better part of dignity. Don't justify getting even. Do not do unto others as they do unto you if it will cause harm.
