"All care no responsibility" by the service provider is fine, but this has to be communicated and understood by customer before any work commences.

cant comment on this particular incident as i dont have all the info, but if my item was damaged and i was unaware of any possible dangers due to work being done, i would be furious, and expect subsequent damage repaired at no extra cost to me.
on the flip side, i occasionally format/ reinstall os on ppls computers, it doesnt matter how many times you say, 'everything will be permanently gone/wiped/deleted, backup everything you want to keep, you will have to reinstall all programs again' etc, as soon as they get computer back its always, 'wheres my programs, wheres my documents' ppl just dont listen. lol
shame you cant clone a gun to start over like you can a hard drive.![]()
