    Round Ball in the Snider

    Just picked up a Snider .577 off T/M. About a year or so back I was talking to a guy who was shooting his using lead round ball. Any suggestions as to what size/ cal they would heve been or have I already stated the obvious .577.

    He was just loading the powder , primer and pushing the ball in on top. Had knocked over the odd deer with it to.
