Tarted up Tikka, or dressed down Sako - take your pick I guess.
The A7 action shares more in common with the Sako85 than the Tikka though, being a 3-lug bolt design and open topped receiver. Plus it says Sako on the side of it .
I must disagree re the cheaper materials on the 85..the walnut used it still walnut, the mags, trigger guard etc are all still steel. The carbon is carbon etc.
I get that some people prefer the 75 and that's cool, they are all great rifles imo.
