    about 2 years back my hunting mate with an Axis 7m08 had a box of hornady 139gr SST super performance that cost us 2 deer to missfires. just a weak firing pin indent. I did a few reloads for him with Trail boss and some light 110gr loads for him to start his son shooting, no problems then or with the next box of the same ammo.
    I'm just putting it down to tolerances, chamber on the long side, factory ammo at minimum, etc, Hardish primer etc
