Thread: Scope fiitting Help please

If you have the correct bases on the rifle go for a set of Burris Signature rings with the bushes - no lapping required, no ring marks on your nice scope, scope never moves. Also can fix major alignment issues with the offset bushes.
PS: I wouldn't let any gunshop fit my scope to my rifle. Watched a young guy working at GS Auck when they first opened carry out the complete procedure using a bat drill
Also the scope is a 30mm scope so if you do end up with rings that need lapping you will need a 30mm lapping bar.
