    There are countless options in that price category with little criteria. Probably needs to have a think about other features he is wanting. Reticle type. Exposed or capped turrets. Probably want to be dialling with a 270 at max distance unless (350m) Has. Reticle he familiar with.
    At the price and mag range stated I'd definitely go with a high quality Euro glass. Swaro, Kahles, S + B or Zeiss.

    This one could fit the bill apart from the paralax.
