About LinkBacks2650 fps in a 30 06 and a 180 gr bullet is pretty good, usually get around the 2700 fps mark. With a 19 inch barrel I would be happy with that. A good SST or the 178 ELD X would be suitable from up close to 600 yards. If you are looking at longer range shooting then a bullet with a high BC will suit your needs better.
