    1st Wallaby for the young fella

    Got on board with the local NZDA club hunt near Benmore for Wallaby control on one of the local stations.
    Due to 1080 there weren't massive numbers but we got what we came for and Gunner got his first one. Beautiful country.

    The 1080 is knocking access and numbers around there alright.

    Was a good weekend, glad your boy got on the talley board.
    Numbers were very low compared to other trips.

    Yeah. They seem to be getting on top of them in that general area. 1080 and shooting pressure is making inroads, Especially the 1080 - seems to wipe them if they get the conditions right for the drop.

    Yes they had a good kill rate, but good to see it didnt effect the fallow too much.

    the "lollie bags" are next level again on them...quite common to see 4-5 dead around a bait post...
    75/15/10 black powder matters
