Thread: Meat hunt

I had not being away for a proper hunt for a few months a lot of empty handed day hunts rang the owner of the farm iam allowed to hunt he said come down so sorted my gear out and headed off for 3 nights by my self and my dogs

168 metre neck shoot

had 4 goats in the chilly bin another 4 about to go in dropped off 25 kilos of boned meat at the butcher's to get turned mince



I was making my way across a slip a goat came running past so I told the dogs to get it they ended up in the river over the other side so even the eels got a feed and there is some BIG eels in there .It was good to get away bring some meat home try to get back there end of the month

That goat in the river. Not my cup of tea really.
