    Walk with the wifey

My good lady said she wanted to go for a walk up local area...flattish walk, not too hard but fair old distance and the temperatures were waaay down into winter wooly material.
we got there and back without issues ,dogs got some exercise as did thier overweight human companions
all animals seen were OFF LIMITS being on private land, but was nice to see them all the same.Name: IMG_0755.JPG

I can count 20 deer in the 2nd to last photo.....not entirely sure if two are reds or not...there are reds with the fallow in that spot..and NO its not a deer fence, sheep fence only totally free range, not silly much warmer and much better feed and off limits so safer

yeah nah..I like quick clean kills..tried the bow thing, just not for me...now I hear tell 4grns of trail boss behind a 55grn pill in .223 case gives about 1075fps........ but seriously animals like this are safe from me these days..as tempting as it may be, the risks are too high ,you can end up loosing everything and its just not worth it.

Agreed, it's way too risky and the possible repercussions aren't worth the hassle. Not to mention us evil gun owners seem to receive enough bad press and poaching is highly frowned apon.
