    Bit of success today in sussing out the water leak.
    blocked hose from the aircon unit. Once i poked a wire up it it pissed out.
    Thanks to Cambo's advice I was able to take the whole dash apart and create a massive mess!
    I couldn't find what was causing the jam despite find a couple of cases.
    Somehow I managed to put it all back together.
