    I quite often ride with my pack, my theory is "don't walk where you can ride, and don't ride where you can drive."

    I use a Deuter Guide 45L+10 pack that's designed for climbing and skiing so is designed to flex in the hip belt, makes it a dream for biking. But definately need to keep it below the 45L extension otherwise it's top heavy and awkward
