    I welded drilled and tapped 20mm plate to the chassis but I am certified welder and the vehicle was being certified for many other mods at the same time.
    "Hunting and fishing" fucking over licenced firearms owners since ages ago.

    just out of interest but what ticket would the engineer need to hold?
    4711 is gone now and a lot of tickets now are procedural based ones now? il have a browse and see what comes up

    The same basic test is still there and applicable for the same but now if you do overhead you are gifted the other positions which IMO is a bit like "well you can drive a truck so here is your motorcycle and wheels tracks and rollers licences as well.

    And it is now only valid for a maximum of 2 years instead of 5.

    I don't know the number of the new one tho I have sat it many times
