    I have submitted a claim with insurance and just awaiting their reply, but will be replacing with the same.

    I had a claim on a scope denied some years ago with a different company as it was ‘a sporting good in use’, that may still be the case.

    No rattle on mine however I don't walk around with it on usually (joys of easily detachable bipod).

    Give twin needle a call. They might have them available now.
