First up, the Swiss Gold pour-over filter.

I used to lug stovetop espresso makers into the bush, but the output-to-weight ratio is ridiculous. Plungers are messy and make a second-rate brew IMHO. Enter the pour-over filter; at 83g it is super light, makes coffee directly into your cup and cleans easily with a quick rinse out. Grinds go in the section with the gold-plated micro mesh, and a second section has holes in the bottom to control the rate that hot water filters through the grinds.

Costs a fraction over $40. Buy from Coffee Supreme or any number of other coffee outlets.

A+ These are definitely the business.
I've got so fussy that I either do cold brew at home (which I'm currently drinking), or swiss gold. Nothing else.
Outside lockdown its pretty much the coffee shop on the commercial machine near every day of my life. Proper addiction.

But its like Guinness - just not the same unless its from the tap.
