    My limited understanding of apple was old phone turn icloud on and upload and new phone download

    I did mine yesterday morning.
    iCloud - backup now
    Let it run through then enter new ph and do reset and it will ask if you want to setup as new ph, iTunes backup or iCloud backup.
    Go iCloud backup and wait 5 mins - all done
