    Day bag recommendations

I’m looking at getting a pack for day hunts and as an EDC bag. I have a Twineedle LFT, but I would struggle to get much meat in that. Mostly just tops hunting, but want to be able to do some bush stalking as well, so maybe something with “silent” material? Looking at Tatonka stealth 30, anyone have any experience? Hoping to spend $200

    Cheers

    Fjallraven Stubben.

I love mine , and it doubles as a seat due to the lightweight internal frame.

Not cheap mind , and you'll probably have to import.

Probably a better indication of size.

How much bush stalking? I just use a smallish day pack (18L) and have a canvas huntech pikau with a couple of pillowcases rolled up inside. Takes up hardly any space inside the day bag. With boned out meat, the pikau can hang quite low down your back and tuck under the day bag quite nicely out of the way. Might be an option to think about if you want to keep the daybag slim as possible for any bush but still be able to carry meat out.
