    It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
    What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
    Rule 1: Treat every firearm as loaded
    Rule 2: Always point firearms in a safe direction
    Rule 3: Load a firearm only when ready to fire
    Rule 4: Identify your target beyond all doubt
    Rule 5: Check your firing zone
    Rule 6: Store firearms and ammunition safely
    Rule 7: Avoid alcohol and drugs when handling firearms

    Interestingly I was in Cactus the other day talking to the staff and they were saying that getting the weight low, the traditional approach may have some benefit in terms of CG, but puts more strain on your lower back, and is more tiring if you are covering distance. Their comment was get the weighty stuff close to your back and up around shoulder height (not above it) and this will put you into a more leaning forward position which is less tiring. I do know the effect of a heavy pack with weight low... a sore lower back is almost always the result..

    My comment was about the extra weight up high moving around in difficult terrain and the response was it shouldn't move if your pack fits properly and is adjusted correctly.

    I think I will try it and see... the other comment made was that you shoulders should do most of the work and the contents of the pack should be secure...
