About LinkBacksMmmm... the new M24 is the size of the original SN6X-2 above, and is the fourth development version from it.
The bigger 2X above came about because we wanted to experiment with big head technology for longer throw with the XML leds. It is more of a handheld but we're looking at option of a lightweight 2X - maybe down to 350 gms from 440, and coming dedomed from factory.
The next production run of M24s and 2Xs will likely come with XML2- U3 leds standard so they will have amazing power - esp when dedomed. They all have amazing power anyway...spotlights on a stick !!
