    I've got one of the fairly cheap Outdoor Edge Folding Stainless knifes from h and f. It's done me bloody well. Needed it for a trip that I forgot my back up scored peasant and it's now replaced it. Holds an edge pretty sweet for stainless not to hard to get an edge back on with a steel. Can be put away covered in blood and bits and cleaned a week later when you get round to it and it's still sweet. Think it was 25 on sale so worth a gamble. Oh and it bright orange so doesn't get left behind often. Hahah
