    I might look out for a podlock but that's me done with bipods from here on in - lucky it's only on the .22 and the damn thing can stay there

    It's an insult to the functionality of a machine when you have to buy the aftermarket fix-up as well just to make it perform the way it is meant to.

    I certainly won't be touching another Harris again

    I have to agree with that, why they aren't OEM issue is beyond me. I'm sure I'm not the first person to wreck one, I am definitely disappointed with how t started though. I will update with how getting it fixed up goes.

    You're right SiB. Unfortunately their hours aren't exactly convenient for me. Definitely my fault it's in pieces and I don't expect to be looked after warranty wise, but the fact it didn't work like it said on the packet has left me with a sour taste.
