    $250 to sharpen a knife!!!!!!!!!!

    I can see the benefit if your sharpening a lot of knives as the lansky isn't fast particularly user friendly. But for someone like me who has er.. 5 knives that need to be kept sharp I could pay a pro to sharpen them for me for years for the same money. Bloody neat looking bit of kit though.

    Apparently you can change the angle..I dont have anywhere to fit the bugger though

    As for the other beast , did everyone order the apex? Or that commercial brute?
