I see you video featured on one of the Aus hunt forums also. I quite like the Bark River Custom 2011.
I don't think I'm up to making them.

Haven't a clue how that vid got onto another forum?

An Aussie posted it to show the various barkriver knives you have.

The range of what we think and do is limited by what we fail to notice. And because we fail to notice that we fail to notice, there is little we can do to change; until we notice how failing to notice shapes our thoughts and deeds

Being over gunned is under rated.

    Tahr

Could I ask where is the best place to buy Bark River knives ?
You are obviously getting them from overseas , but do you buy them online or do you have a contact in the USA ?

    Very nice.
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
Rule 1: Treat every firearm as loaded
Rule 2: Always point firearms in a safe direction
Rule 3: Load a firearm only when ready to fire
Rule 4: Identify your target beyond all doubt
Rule 5: Check your firing zone
Rule 6: Store firearms and ammunition safely
Rule 7: Avoid alcohol and drugs when handling firearms

Set yourself up a USA based YourShop account through NZ post. I just landed two Bark Rivers for <$30NZ freight. Unfortunately for my bank account, there is a third on its way.

I am seriously thinking of getting a Bark River knife , this thread has inspired me .
I am no knife collector and will keep and use it for the rest of my time .
The problem I have is deciding which model and type to get .
It's hard to know when you can't pick them up and handle them .
Tahr you have done a heap more Deer processing than me and you have a large selection of Bark River's , if you had to choose one blade shape for general use , what would it be ?
