Thread: light weight bivi gear

I'm Using a Huntech fly and also have a British army fly which is pretty much the same thing but with stronger tie downs etc. Foam pad for under insulation. I have never needed to use anything else (yet).

Used a blackdiamond mega mid on the last trip
Was impressed with the room and compact/ weight of it
Mate just found a suitable stick for the pole at camp, was good being able to close it up as opposed to the huntech bivy with the open end. Noticeable difference in temp,
