Thread: Meat mincer recommendations

Id reccoment the Zeropak TC8, i have the same one (bought overseas when i was there, but same machine diffrent brand). Anyway, its a beast, i struggle to keep up when by myself, it also eats sinew and stuff with ease.

Also have the TC8 (upgraded from a chinese job). Massive improvement. But the best thing by far is the double patty maker for the sausage stuffer. If you like burgers this is a very good gadget and you can really crank them out. Just buy the big sausage stuffer I got the smaller one and.... this shouldn't surprise anyone - you have to reload it more often
