    North Canterbury Pheasants

    Never chased the pheasants but going to have a go this weekend in Canterbury. Going to give it a go on some public land somewhere but not sure of what type of habitat to look for. My pooch is not bad on the quail so hopefully will work it out. Any advice would be welcome.

    A bit hard to find in Canterbury. Anywhere around Dunsandal (AKA 'Worn out shoe') will find them - lower Rakia riverbed
