If they're Sims waders, then am assuming waterproof/breathable. If thats the case, then there probably isn't any wader repairer type person around that can do the job. But you could try one of the clothing/equipment manufacturers in ChCh that use a seam sealer and ask if they could give it a go.
Or you can buy a pkt of either Aquaseal or Stormsure from a camping type shop, not H&F!, and use that to seal it up. Works great and remains flexible. Sticks like the proverbial. To find the actual leak I think you use rubbing alcohol, as opposed to a good Jameson's, and rub it on the outside. Will evaporate off the outside but will leave a slight mark on the inside. When you find the spot or spots, mark them with a Sharpie so you dont loose them. Then apply a nice coating of Stormsure on the inside and let it dry.
