    Need Reel Advice

Hi all. Few questions. I have a reel with a anti reverse bearing that slips a little, does anyone in NZ sell replacements? The same reel needs new line and I have two 150m spools of 20lb braid, can I join both lines to use on the one reel? Would still wind up properly? Not 100% sure what its called but the little clicker inside the spool on another reel has come off and gone missing, do I need it for the reel to still function properly? Thanks

Yes u can get replacement bearings, if it's shimano or Daiwa, directly of them, or safe a crap load and ger it online , u will need dimensions.
U can join braid, I don't like doing it but no reason not to, preferably further back than distance u cast, there is specific knots u can use , you tube it
The clicker is normally only a bit of Spring, on most reels it doesn't do anything , on some it can be part of anti reverse , not often and easy to check, just load it up
While u working on your braid, it's a good time to over end the line - use the stuff that was wound closest to the spool to become the new working line.
