About LinkBacksIf you kill it gut, trunk and chill it real fast in salt ice (as in on the spot) after catching then my missus thinks its better than snapper..................and so do I BUT if you throw it in the bottom of the boat and fillet it at the end of a long days fishing you will get exactly what you expect and its not nice!!
