    Big filleting boards

I've been getting a few bigger fish recently and need a decent sized filleting board. Can't find anything much bigger than about 600x450, any suggestions?

Go see the fish processing factory in Greymouth....they will have big cutting boards they regularly replace.

Plastic chopping boards are normally just UHMWPE ( https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ultr...t_polyethylene), so if you touched based with an engineering/ plastic supply shop, they should be able to sort you out with a custom size/ maybe even an offcut from a sheet. From a Google, these guys look local to you (if the big H = Hamilton), https://www.waikatobearings.co.nz/pr...ering-plastics

I used to tie fish that size up from a tree by their tail and fillet them . In some ways it was actually easier than when I eventually got a big chopping board

Ended up getting my hands on a 1200x700 flat stainless bench, seems like a winner for now. Cheers.
