Anyone else like me silly and do the half or full marathon yesterday.

Mmm I am paying for it this morning , legs seized up and sore. That will teach me to run half a marathon with only 2 weeks training. So who else did it and how are you feeling today?

I cant think of a more stupid sport than running for the hell of it LOL (sorry )

I only run when I'm chased - or something is on fire at work

Mohawk that is a shit load of perfectly good heartbeats that you have used up for no good reason other than to get to the other end of a road that you could have driven down.
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!

Sometimes, not often but sometimes you see a cyclist who looks like he is having fun on the road. You NEVER see anyone who looks like they are enjoying running

I love running - run a few half marathons myself.

I however, do a hell of a lot more training than two weeks!

    What time did you do?

I was too busy complaining about Tamaki Drive being shut for the second weekend in a row (ITU last week).
