    Thanks for this lads. I was in 2 minds what i should do with all my trimmings. But I'll freeze them in bags and sort it out in the new year with how much i have total after doing a steak trimming.

    The deer are fat at the moment. Do you guys keep the venison fat? I see a lot of the yanks ditch it cause it taste foul?
