    I've no experience of rebarrelling, other than my GS telling me to budget 1k plus to do a BSA because they have to be handfitted to the action, not a simple matter of timing and threading them in. Put me off buying a stuffed barrel Beezer. That's including the barrel if you could get one around $600. I suspect a $600 new barrel is unrealistic these days but do tell me I'm wrong. My 99 has also been scoped and it is a 1973 build so desirable but not that collectible perhaps, yet. Its barrel is 8/10 or better on the inside, 6/10 on the outside. Probably just keep shooting it as is. Leave the mates and dogs at home lol
