The Vudoo action runs smoother than the Bergara and it has (arguably) a better ignition system. I guess choice of barrel is also a factor along with a proven track record with customer service. Just my opinion but the HMR stock is every bit as good as the Grayboe Ridgeback I have. The Vudoo has a TT Diamond and the Bergara has a Jewell HVR so you're splitting hairs to compare there.
The Vudoo with three mags is more than twice the price of a Jewell equipped Bergara with three mags.
Worth it???? If purchase cost isn't a concern, Vudoo. Having said that, I simply cannot fault the Bergara for overall build quality & function. Accuracy wise, from what I've seen on North American forums, some certainly shoot better than others but I wouldn't feel handicapped shooting the Bergara in any field rifle, PRS style club competitions.
