Thread: Somewhere to shoot/practice

Hi guys.

I've just recently moved to Paraparaumu. I'm a Competative shooter( PRS) and hunter.

I love the sport and shoot a more than the average guy. I've joined the Kapiti Deerstalkers but their range is only available on weekends(I work most weekends).

I'm looking for a good Samaritan that will allow me to shoot or practice on his/her land. I'm basically looking for a spot where I can shoot paper targets out to 300m and if at all possible steel/gongs out to 1000m.

Close to Parapram if possible?

I'll gladly supply names and contact details of landowners where I've previously had private ranges.
